Sizing + How To Measure

We know vintage sizes vary and you can’t always count on the label so we have tried our best to include accurate measurements on all individual product pages!

Shipping

As much as we would love to be able to teleport your order to you (because we know you’ll love your new denim as much as we do), all orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking and order information. Once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit but will do our very best to prevent them.

US Domestic Shipping

We are beyond happy to be able to offer Free US Domestic Shipping via UPS Carbon Neutral. All orders will be shipped on a standard ground delivery (3-7 days for most orders) - for any urgent orders, please reach out to hello@valleydenim.com to arrange.

International shipping

At the moment, we do not offer International Shipping via the website as we expand but please reach out for any orders you would like to place outside of the United States.

Returns + Exchanges

Because we want you to find (and treasure) your new favorite denim, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions regarding the sizing or condition of a particular item, as every piece is one of a kind.

Our vintage denim is pre-loved and we pride ourselves on the “worn-in” feel and look of all of our products and embrace their imperfections. Therefore, these imperfections and signs of wear are to be expected when buying vintage clothing. All of our pieces are thoroughly inspected and any signs of major wear will be noted in the item description.

For US Domestic orders, we are happy to offer an exchange and/or store credit to Valley Denim. While we want to make sure that all pieces will be a perfect fit before you buy, we understand that some styles just may not work.

We are unable to accept international returns / exchanges at this time.

Initiatives + Giving Back

Our goal on this Earth is to create a positive, inspiring, and safe place for our generation and beyond. We aim to accomplish this by supporting causes near and dear to our heart - mental health, human rights, sustainability, and climate change to name just a few.

We currently Plant A Tree with every piece purchased via One Tree Planted and ship all orders Carbon Neutral via Shopify Planet. All Valley packaging is made from 100% recycled materials sourced from Eco Enclose.

We know this is the bare minimum a brand should be doing and we'll be expanding our initiatives and sharing knowledge while being transparent with our community as we grow.

Events + In Person Shopping

At the moment, we do not offer in person shopping but often participate in various pop ups around Los Angeles!

Our dream is to host regular events and collaborate with like-minded, passionate creatives, especially fellow women-owned, BIPOC businesses encouraging purposeful consuming.

We will share any and all events, collaborations, and pop ups we host or participate in on our social channels and in our newsletter.
